Updates to the Zoo Pass

The Zoo Passes will begin to circulate again on December 7.

Here is some information related to the Zoo Pass going forward:

• The pass receipt is redeemable Monday through Friday only
• The pass is redeemable for 3 free admissions; this is a decrease from 4
• The pass is redeemable four weeks/28 days from the date the pass was issued; this is an increase from two weeks/14 days
• Please use the new pass receipt starting on December 7.  A copy of the new receipt is being sent to the Branch Managers.  Do not use the old pass receipt.
• The Zoo is allowing walk-up admissions for patrons using the pass receipt.  However, all patrons are encouraged to:
