We have an employee who tested positive for COVID-19 at our Sharon Forks location. The last day the employee was at SF was on Monday, August 22nd. Staff who were identified as coming into close contact with the employee have been notified. Please continue to practice social distancing and wash your hands often.
As a reminder, if you or a household member begin to exhibit COVID-19 like symptoms such as headache, sore throat, fatigue, cough, fever, congestion, chills, muscle or body aches, vomiting/diarrhea, loss of taste or smell or other COVID-like symptoms, you should stay home (or go home if you are at work) and contact your medical provider, your supervisor, and HR for next steps.
