Employees should have received an email with a link and unique
password to download your 2024 W2.
In addition, any employee eligible to participate in the State Health Benefit Plan (Health Insurance) should have received a separate email with the information to download your Form 1095. This form is proof that you were offered health insurance coverage whether you enrolled or not.
For both forms your username will be your Social Security Number
without the dashes. There is a unique
password for each form that is included in the emails.
If you do not see these emails from payroll@forsythpl.org in your personal
email inbox, please check the Junk or Spam folder. If you did not receive these
emails, please contact Tonya Wallace (wallacet@forsythpl.org).
At this time, your W2 is not available in ESS. It should be
