2027: A Thrilling Year for Author Events

We are pleased to announce not one, not two, but three bestselling thriller authors that will visit us in early 2027.

On January 10, 2027, Brad Thor and Ward Larsen will visit the Sharon Forks Library to celebrate the release of their new book, Fire Fall. Brad Thor is the NYT-bestselling author of 28 thriller novels, and his co-author Ward Larsen has written 20 bestselling novels. 

This event is in partnership with Bookmiser and Arts On The Creek, like our events with Mary Kay Andrews and William Kent Krueger. Eventbrite registration will open on December 1 with 250 seats available.

On March 23, 2027, Lisa Scottoline will visit the Forsyth Conference Center for our annual Forsyth Reads Together event. She is the bestselling author of 36 novels, and we will celebrate The Unraveling of Julia. 

If you can keep a secret, she has a special surprise for our attendees: free copies of This Changes Everything! She donated a portion of her author fee to purchase 400 copies of the novel for attendees. We are not announcing this to the public yet, but we wanted you to know just how awesome she is to do this for our community!
