Caring for Others, Caring for Yourself: SHBP Virtual Mental Health Workshop

The State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP) Wellness Team is hosting a free, two-day virtual conference titled "Caring for Others, Caring for Yourself" to support individuals navigating the responsibilities of caregiving. Whether you are caring for a child, an aging parent, a spouse, or another loved one, this interactive event provides a welcoming space to discover practical tools, connect with Georgia-based experts, and explore available resources.

Workshop Details:

  • When: (Two-Day Workshop)
    • Wednesday, August 26, 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
    • Thursday, August 27, 1:00–4:30 p.m.
  • Location: Virtual
  • Registration: Free to attend. Secure your spot by completing the online registration.

The interactive sessions are designed to leave participants feeling more informed and equipped to handle caregiving responsibilities with confidence and balance.
