Getting vaccinated against Influenza is one of the best ways to protect yourself, your family, and our library community. To help keep everyone healthy, FCPL is pleased to sponsor upcoming vaccine clinics offering both flu shots.
Clinic Schedule & Locations
We have arranged for a visiting pharmacist to administer vaccines at two separate locations:
Important Employee Details
Work Time: Participation is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, you may report up to one hour as work time on your timesheet (if you are not scheduled to work during clinic hours). If you are scheduled to work, please coordinate with your supervisor to select the best time to visit the clinic.
No-Cost Coverage: FCPL covers vaccine costs for uninsured employees. FCPL does not cover costs if an employee's insurance requires using a specific provider (e.g., Kaiser Permanente).
Insurance Card: If you have health insurance, please bring a copy of your insurance card with you to your appointment. (Please verify that your plan covers vaccinations administered by independent retail pharmacies).
