The deadline to make open enrollment elections for the 2021
plan year is quickly approaching. The
last day to make benefit elections is this Friday, November 6th. Eligible classified staff should log in to
the GaBreeze benefits portal at: www.GaBreeze.ga.gov
or call 1-877-342-7339. Staff working 30
or more hours can enroll/decline/change their health insurance options on the
State Health Benefits portal: https://myshbpga.adp.com/shbp
or call 1-800-610-1863.
If you do not wish to make changes to your current benefit
enrollments and you are not
enrolling in the 2021 Flexible Spending Account, please email HR so that we
take you off our reminder list: HRMail@forsythpl.org.
