GPLS has provided some clarifying information regarding the Alliance Theatre Pass:
- Patrons use the code on the actual pass to purchase tickets at the theatre's website.
- The patron will enter the promo code from the pass before selecting their desired performance date. The promo code should be entered in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Available tickets will be displayed as 'Library Pass Tickets' on the ticketing webpage.
- The physical pass must be presented at the Alliance Theatre along with the performance tickets.
- Patrons can only book tickets for a performance up to 14 days from the pass checkout date.
- Patrons are able to renew the pass to make the 14 day window for a show.
