There's a chill in the air, and with that comes wonderful holiday decorations at Hampton Park!
As part of their annual tradition, the Girl Scouts of Forsyth County North decorated our Christmas tree with handmade ornaments. This year's theme is Holdays Around the World and included poinsettias from Mexico, yule goats from Scandinavia, and gingerbread men from Germany. We've also put out some wonderful displays to promote the
Narnia Escape Room at the end of December. Our programming volunteer, Vanessa
Weil, created a beautiful set of scenes from C. S. Lewis's classic series on
the bulletin boards in the Easy section. If you look closely, you can see
Aslan's face peeking out from the trees! Jennifer Forbes put together a
gorgeous version of Lucy Pevensie's first glimpse of Narnia using book pages,
as well as an expertly folded paper wardrobe. LeAnne Craig used these items to
create a display so eye-catching that it would make even the White Witch's
heart melt!

The displays look amazing!!
