Illustrators Academy

What: Do you like art? Are you mesmerized by the beautiful illustrations in children's books? Join us for Illustrators Academy, where we'll take techniques from children's books and make our own creations! For grades K–5.
Elf on the Shelf Celebration
When: Saturday, November 25 at 11:00–11:30 a.m.
Where: Post Road Library
What : Welcome Jingles, our Post Road Library Elf on the Shelf, back to the library! We will have a special storytime to bring him back from the North Pole with books, music, and more. Then stop by the library all month long to see what he is up to as he has fun around the branch throughout December.
2nd Annual Art from the Heart - One Amazing Thing Art Show
When: Saturday, November 25 at 2:00–3:30 p.m.
Where: Cumming Library
What: A brief instructional period will start the class and then artists will be given free rein to create their own masterpiece about one amazing thing. Ages 5 and up.
