Hands-On History

What : From pictographs to paper-making, come learn about and try out the ways humans have recorded information throughout history! For families.
Smart Art–A Tween Craft Program
When: Tuesday, November 28 at 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Where: Hampton Park Library
What: We invite tweens in grades 4–8 to come hang out with other crafters and make amazing works of art. This month's craft: Van Gogh-inspired Fork Scrape Painting!
Puppetpalooza!

Becoming a Global Citizen–The Conflict in Ukraine
When: Sunday, December 3 at 2:00–3:30 p.m.
Where: Sharon Forks Library
What: UNG Associate Professor of Political Science and International Affairs Dr. Nathan Price will provide an overview of the current Ukraine-Russian conflict. We will discuss how the unified response from the west has helped deter future aggressors, and what comes next for Ukraine in regards to rebuilding and integration into western organizations such as the European Union and NATO.
