OverDrive has provided notice that there will be upcoming maintenance and upgrades to OverDrive/LIBBY, and that this may cause users to have difficulties in borrowing items during select times.
The maintenance period will cover May 3 through July 28 of this year. Most upgrades during this period will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6am and 8am eastern time. During these upgrades, service will only be impacted for one hour.
During the maintenance periods, patrons will be able to log in to LIBBY, and browse and read titles. Patrons may encounter errors when attempting to place a hold, borrow an item, or return an item.
