On Friday, December 12, FCPL will send out a test notification to staff using the new inclement weather text notification system.
If you receive the text message, you don't need to do anything—you have successfully signed up for the staff text notification system.
If you do not receive a text from FCPL on Friday, December 12, and want to sign up for the staff text notification system, please see the directions posted below and on the staff bulletin boards.
Remember this is only a test of the system and no libraries will be closed.
This system will replace the staff phone tree to notify staff of library closings or delays due to inclement weather. If you choose not to sign up, you will need to call the Inclement Weather hotline number (770-781-9840 ext. 9379) for updates.
