Programming Picks for December 13-19
We have lots of great programs happening this week, plus some special holiday fun (and a lot of dogs)! Don’t forget to check out the full calendar of FCPL events for all ages.

What: Santa Claus and the Paws - A Special Paws to Read!
Where: Cumming
When: Wednesday, December 15 2021, 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Learn about therapy dogs with a short presentation, then meet and read to the dogs from Humane Hearts dressed in their holiday best. 
A special guest from the North Pole will also be there!

What: Stress Pups     
Where: Post Road and Sharon Forks
When: Tuesday, December 14 2021, 5:30pm - 6:30pm at Post Road
            Thursday, December 16 2021, 7:00pm - 8:00pm at Sharon Forks
We will have therapy dogs from Humane Hearts in our Meeting Room to help take the edge off your end-of-semester stresses!  For middle and high school students.

What: Bilingual Storytime - Tamil and English
Where: Sharon Forks
When: Wednesday, December 15 2021, 6:30pm - 7:00pm
Join us for a bilingual storytime!  This storytime provides a fun language learning space for those who are new to the Tamil language as well as those who already speak it. 
We will learn basic Tamil vocabulary through fun books and rhymes in this bilingual program.  Children of all ages and families are welcome.

What: ‘Twas Nochebuena Extravaganza
Where: Hampton Park
When: Friday, December 17 2021, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
You've been invited to a Nochebuena celebration! Join us for a book walk inspired by 'Twas Nochebuena: A Christmas Story in English and Spanish written by Roseanne Greenfield Thong and illustrated by Sara Palacios. Make crafts, play games, and even participate in a parade through the library!
