In light of the governor's TikTok ban on all state-owned devices and following guidance from GPLS, FCPL has decided to take the following actions:
- The TikTok app will not be installed on any devices owned by FCPL
- FCPL will not create or maintain an official library TikTok account
- TikTok will not be used as part of any FCPL programs
At this time, we will not be blocking access to TikTok for patrons or staff.
