Continuous Learning (Percipio)
Organizations in the digital age must emphasize continuous learning to remain competitive. Cultivating this mindset takes time. This Percipio channel is made up of only three courses that develop the practice and mindset of perpetual learning: Cultivating a Passion for Learning in Yourself and Others (19 minutes), Developing a Mindset of Growth and Learning (25 minutes), and Keeping Your Skill Set Current in the Digital Economy (18 minutes).
Self-regulation is the ability to remain calm and in control of oneself when faced with big emotions. It is what allows children to remain in control of their emotions and responses when something happens that makes them feel embarrassed, angry, frustrated, or overly excited. Children who are able to regulate their emotions are better able to be in the moment and engage in what they should. This has a positive effect on social interactions, school success, learning, attention, and focus. When children are well-regulated, they tend to exhibit fewer challenging behaviors.

The Neuroscience of Change: Training that Drives Results (Training Magazine)
The pace of change is skyrocketing, pushing the limits of even the most agile organizations. Today’s employees show increased symptoms of change fatigue and burnout. Their ability to cope with change is 50% of pre-pandemic levels and their willingness to support change has dropped from 74% to 38%. No matter the size, every change requires new learning. The reason 50-70% of change initiatives fail is that typical approaches to change training don't take into account human biology and that we are wired to resist change. This engaging session will cover the brain structures that are activated by change and how they drive higher levels of resistance and disengagement. Explore strategies that maximize the brain’s capacity to learn and embrace change. You’ll leave with new tools for creating training that accelerates adaptability and resilience across your organization.
