Picks for the week of April 10, 2023:

Adult Special Needs Craft & Story Hour
When: Tuesday, April 11, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Where: Hampton Park Library
What: Adults with special needs (developmental disabilities) are invited to listen to stories and create simple crafts designed to accommodate a range of abilities.

Conversational English
When: Wednesday, April 12, 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Where: Cumming Library
What: This course will help you practice your English reading, listening, and speaking skills. You will be encouraged to practice speaking and listening with other English learners. 

Novel Realities 
When: Thursday, April 13, 7:00–8:00 p.m.
Where: Sharon Forks Library
What: Explore new realities and discuss weird books with cool people. This month's selection is A Psalm for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers.

Bookmobile Mobile Food Pantry Visit
When: Saturday, April 15, 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Where: 2055 Atlanta Highway
What: Community event with The Place of Forsyth and Eastgate Church.

Adult MakerDay: Decorating Planters with Clay – Using Polymer Clay to Decorate a Terra Cotta Pot
When: Sunday, April 16, 2:00–4:00 p.m.
Where: Post Road Library
What: Decorate a terra cotta pot with polymer clay to create an adorable pot for your succulent or seedling plants. You can use your clay to create an abstract multicolored design or use your creativity to create flowers or other designs!
