FCPL Strategic Plan 2023-2027

Submitted by Ann Decherd

We are happy to announce that FCPL's strategic plan for 2023-2027 has been approved by the Library Board during their July meeting.

This plan is the result of many months of gathering and analyzing input from staff and our community through surveys, supervisor meetings, a SWOT analysis, and a Strategic Planning Retreat. Its purpose is to set goals and objectives to shape the library’s future.

The plan is organized into four main goals with supporting strategies to define each objective further. The first three goals are geared toward the services we provide for the community; the last goal is centered around supporting staff.

FCPL Supervisors will be creating a detailed implementation plan later this month to help us break each of these goals and strategies into specific, measurable steps. More information and materials will be available soon.
