Computer Museum of America Partnership Pass

Submitted by Jeff Fisher

The Library is now offering a new partnership pass for patrons courtesy of Georgia Public Library Service. The new pass provides access to the Computer Museum of America, located in Roswell.

The mission of the Computer Museum of America is to 'preserve the stories and artifacts from the digital age while educating and inspiring visitors of all ages and backgrounds.' Current exhibits include a tribute to Apollo 11 from a computing perspective, a feature on the World War II Enigma machine, and a wall display of every cover from Byte magazine. Patrons may also be interested in viewing additional displays on supercomputing and a timeline of computer history.

The new pass will admit up to four people to the Museum. The Computer Museum of America Pass is circulated for up to seven days, with an option to renew once. The renewal does not allow for an additional visit.

Parking is free at the Museum. Patrons are encouraged to check the Museum's website for hours of operation.
