New Evaluation Form

Supervisors asked and we answered! Today we will begin rolling out new evaluation forms for Information Specialists, Youth Specialists, and CSAs. The form has changed but your job description has remained the same. The new forms are in a Google Sheets format and are designed to be more efficient for both supervisors and staff. 

Some of the major changes are:

New form uses aggregated scoring for each of the responsibility sections

New form uses check marks instead of detailed comments

New form clarifies what you are doing well and any opportunities for future development

New form is more efficient and more meaningful

Our plan is to convert the Public Services staff over to the new forms first, then the remaining departments in the next few months. Training for Supervisors will be scheduled soon, and supervisors will keep their staff updated regarding the implementation of the new form. Please be patient as we roll this out and remember it is a work in progress.
