Folks at the Oaks - An Intergenerational Program for Families and Seniors
When: Wednesday, December 20 at 10:00–11:00 a.m.
Where: Oaks at Hampton: 5610 Hampton Park Drive, Cumming 30041
What: Come visit us at the Oaks to spend time with the residents and sing some carols! This program is intended for children ages 5 and up and will take place off-site at The Oaks.
Tommy Johns Presents All Aboard the Arctic Express! TWO CHANCES TO “RIDE”!
When: Wednesday, December 20 at 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

What: This imaginary train ride magically takes kids around the world to learn about winter holidays such as Diwali, Kwanzaa, Solstice, Chinese New Year, Hanukkah and Christmas.
Teen Winter Crafting - Drop-in Crafts
When: Wednesday, December 20 at 2:00–4:00 p.m.
Where: Sharon Forks Library
What: Drop in and make crafts for yourself or to share with a friend or family member! Create customized keyrings, scarves, coasters, and popup cards. All supplies will be provided while they last. For 6th-12th grade.

Where: Cumming Library
What: Join Old Farmer MacDonald and all your favorite friends from the farm for a fun and energetic singalong that brings everyone together. From classic nursery rhymes like “Hey Diddle Diddle,” to wintery classics like “Let It Snow” and “Jingle Bells” – this interactive show has a strong character message of sharing and caring for others. Recommended for grades Pre-K thru 3rd. All ages welcome.
Family Stories from Around the World - Presented by Master Storyteller Carolina Quiroga
When: Friday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Where: Hampton Park Library
What: Join master storyteller Carolina Quiroga as she transports us on a journey around the world with stories of family and friendship! Recommended for ages 3 and up.
Family Fort Night - An After-Hours Read-Together Program
When: Friday, December 22 at 5:15–6:45 p.m.
Where: Post Road Library
What: Stop by after hours to build a blanket fort and cozy-up together for some relaxing family reading time! Bring your own blankets, sheets, and cuddle buddy. The library will supply clips for anchoring blankets and books for reading together.
