📢 ANNOUNCING: "Choose Our Next Library Card!"

Creating opportunities for shared community experiences is one of the "Your Connection" goals of our current Strategic Plan.

We need to purchase library cards for the opening of Denmark Library and we typically redesign the card when we place an order. For Library Card Sign-Up Month in September, and because this is an election year, we thought it would be an engaging shared community experience to have FCPL staff and patrons vote on our next library card!

We have created three different library card designs for this program. Each library will be provided with a small interactive display where staff and patrons can cast their votes for their favorite library card design using tokens and jars (one vote per visit during the month of September). There will also be a Google poll for anyone who prefers a digital voting option. 

The official announcement about this engagement program will be in the September @ FCPL newsletter scheduled for Sunday, September 1. We'll also be promoting it online throughout the month of September.
