Important updates are coming to Tutor.com. The updates are changes to the main landing page that patrons view when logging in to the resource. Other changes includes a new Career Services Page.
Many of the updates are designed to improve user accessibility for the resource. The updates includes color changes and improvements to word placement designed to enhance accessibility.
The landing page update includes more prominent placement of the skills center and test preparation resources. The links to these resources will be featured in a more visible location on the Tutor.com homepage.
The new Career Services page will include resources created by Tutor.com. These resources are related to interviewing, writing resumes, and completing applications. There will also be a link to the Tutor.com resume/cover letter review resource.
A new feature of Tutor.com will be a progress report page. This feature will allow parents and guardians to download a report indicating the amount of time a youth patron has spent in the resource, including time in tutoring sessions, as well as time and progress in test preparation areas.
The update to Tutor.com will launch the morning of September 24, 2024. During the day of the update, the resource will be unavailable for a few minutes in the early morning.
