The Palace Project app recently launched new updates for both the iOS and Android platforms.
New iOS releases:
Version 1.2.8: this update fixed an issue where items on hold were not displaying a "borrow" button when they became available for the patron on hold. This resolved the "You are 0th in line. 0 copies in use" error message.
Version 1.2.9: this upcoming update will address an issue with adding bookmarks on the iPad when fonts are enlarged, as well as featuring Voiceover improvements, and stopping the keyboard from hiding search results on the iPhone.
New Android releases:
Version 1.16.4: This update resolved a login issue that prevented users from logging in.
Version 1.17.0: This update fixed the audiobook bookmark issue so that now audiobook bookmarks will hold position after restarting the app.
Please remind patrons to check to see if the Palace app needs updating if patrons report any of these issues.
