To create a new email in Microsoft Outlook, did you know you can simply click Ctrl + N? You don't need to click on the New Email button every time you want to start a new email to someone or if your mouse stops working and you can't click on New Email, you can simply use your keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N to get started.
Also in Outlook, do you know the easy way to add someone to your contacts? When you receive an email from someone, click on their name to the left of the subject line and drag it down to the word People at the bottom of the screen. Note: If you don't see the word People in the gray bar at the bottom of your Outlook screen, click on the three black dots, and adjust the maximum number of visible items and add People.
When you're working in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint with a bulleted list, do you ever want to rearrange the order of the items? Place your cursor in the line you want to move, press Shift + Alt + the Up or Down arrow key depending upon which direction you want to move the line.
Thank you, Trina!
