To see what your schedule looks like for the day without switching to the calendar in Microsoft Outlook, simply add your calendar to your Inbox screen. Open Microsoft Outlook, select the View menu at the top of the screen and click the dropdown arrow under To-Do Bar in the Layout box. Select Calendar and now you can view your calendar on the right side of the screen.
Many of you already know this simple trick but to increase the size of text, select the text and press the CTRL key + ]. To decrease the size of text, highlight the text, press CTRL + [.

More keyboard shortcuts that you may have known and forgotten include: CTRL + B to make text bold, CTRL + I to italicize text and CTRL + U to underline text. You always need to select the text first.
