It’s Not Too Late! Sign-Up for the FCPL Flu Vaccine Clinic!

Just a reminder that FCPL will be sponsoring a Flu Vaccine Clinic for our staff on Tuesday, October 5^th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at HQ/Administrative Offices.  Getting an Influenza vaccine is one of the best ways to avoid getting the flu.  Experts are predicting an increase in flu cases due to waning mask wearing and social distancing.

Participation is completely voluntary.  However, if you choose to participate it will be considered work time and you may notate up to one hour on your time sheet (if you were not scheduled to work).  For those employees scheduled to work that day at one of the branches, please speak to your supervisor to arrange the best time to go.

FCPL is also very pleased to be able to cover the cost of the vaccine to any employee who does not have health insurance.

If you wish to participate you must:

1.    Email Elise Herbst at herbste@forsythpl.org and let me know what time you would like to be scheduled.

2.    Complete and bring with you the form that will be emailed to you.

3.    If you have insurance – please make a copy and bring it with you.
