At its regular meeting, held Monday evening at the Cumming Library, the Library Board engaged in the following activities:
- Heard a presentation from representatives of McMillan Pazdan Smith about the design of the Denmark Library.
- Voted to increase Federal revenue and Operations expenses by $6,599.70 to reflect funding received through the Emergency Connectivity Fund program for the purchase of Chromebooks for the bookmobile ($2,199.90) and additional Chromebooks for the branches ($4,399.80).
- Voted to approve the Library’s Calendar Year 2023 County funding request of $8,138,495, which includes an increase of $447,474 to provide for personnel and operations funding for Denmark Library for a partial year.
