Support Services Dept. Changes

 As you all know we now have an open position in Support Services/HR and anytime we have openings we take the opportunity to see if we need to make any changes to how the positions are structured. We felt that the HR section of Support Services should be structured more like the Finance section and have decided to restructure as follows:

 We will have an HR Supervisor position and the HR Generalist and the Administrative Assistance will report to the HR Supervisor. The HR Supervisor will report to the HR and Finance Manager.  This will now balance Support Services with a Supervisor position in both HR and Finance.
