I’m writing to update staff on the search for the next FCPL Director. The Library Board has retained Bradbury Miller Associates (BMA) to manage the recruitment and selection process.
The position is now posted, and the deadline is August 11.
We expect to interview several candidates via Zoom in mid-September. The finalists will be interviewed at FCPL in early October. We hope to be able to announce the successful candidate by early November, with the goal of the new Director beginning in December 2024 or January 2025.The Library Board and Search Committee would like to express our sincere gratitude to all staff who participated in BMA’s survey. Your responses were crucial in helping BMA better understand our organization and community. We want to assure you that your voices matter and are heard.
