Employees should have received an email with a link and unique password to download your 2023 W2.
The email was sent out on January 18, 2024 to the personal email we have on file.
In addition, any employee eligible to participate in the State Health Benefit Plan (Health Insurance) should have received an email on January 23, 2024 with the information to download your Form 1095. This form is proof that you were offered health insurance coverage whether you enrolled or not.

At this time, your W2 is not available in ESS. It should be available around mid-February. Here is the link to access your W2 and 1095: https://efile.aatrix.com/AIP030
