We are changing things up and bringing the Flu/COVID Vaccine Clinic to you!

Get your Flu Shot and/or COVID Vaccine at HQ on Friday, October 18 at 9:30 a.m., or Sharon Forks at 3:30 p.m., or Post Road Wednesday, October 23 at 5:30 p.m. 

Getting vaccinated against Influenza and COVID is one of the best ways of avoiding contracting either virus. In order to protect our staff, FCPL is pleased to announce that we have arranged for the pharmacist from Goodson Drug to offer a flu and COVID vaccine clinic on Friday, October 18 at 9:30 a.m. at HQ/Administrative Offices, and at 3:30 p.m. at Sharon Forks. We also have a clinic on Wednesday, October 23 at 5:30 p.m. at Post Road. The CDC guidelines state that it is okay and safe to get both vaccines at the same time. Your participation is completely voluntary, however if you choose to participate it will be considered work time and you may notate up to one hour on your time sheet (if you were not scheduled to work). For those employees scheduled to work that day at one of the branches, please speak to your supervisor to arrange the best time to go. 

We are also very pleased to be able to offer to cover the cost of the vaccines to any employee who does not have health insurance (if you do have health insurance, please make sure that you bring your insurance card with you – please make sure that you have coverage for vaccination at local pharmacies – Kaiser does not cover vaccinations from Goodson Drug).
