IT and Facilities were all at Post Road on Thursday to switch out the Ask Us desk and AWE computer stations. This was a huge undertaking, especially with everyone working to maintain a six-foot distance. The resulting layout will improve customer service by making the Ask Us desk visible from the lobby entrance. We are also hoping to cut down on noise by clustering the AWE computers in their new space. We can't wait for patrons to check out the new layout. Thank you, IT and Facilities, it looks amazing!
