Open Enrollment for the 2021 Plan Year Coming Soon! Submitted by Aimee Brown

 

Open Enrollment for the 2021 plan year begins Monday, October 19, 2020 and ends Friday, November 6, 2020.  FCPL will continue to offer benefits through the State’s GaBreeze program and the State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP). 

 

Decision Guides, rate charts, and other open enrollment materials are posted to the Support Services page on SharePoint in the 2021 Benefits folder.  Check back often for updates as they become available.

 

State Health Benefit Plan will offer the same comprehensive health insurance options and vendors in 2021, however, rates for all plans/tiers are increasing slightly.  State Health benefits are available to classified employees working 30 or more hours per week.

·         Eligible employees should log in to their SHBP account at: www.myshbpga.adp.com and update their password prior to open enrollment.  If you are a first-time user, the SHBP registration code is: SHBP-GA. 
Note: mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets are not compatible with the enrollment portal.

·         All Anthem and UnitedHealthcare members will receive new ID cards before January 1^st.  Only new Kaiser Permanente members will receive ID cards before January 1^st (currently enrolled Kaiser members will continue to use the same ID card they used during 2020).

·         SHBP Member Services (800-610-1863) will be open M-F 8:30-7:30 during the open enrollment period.

·         There’s still time to earn 2020 Well-Being Incentive Credits!  Anthem, UHC, and Kaiser Members have until November 30, 2020 to complete all vendor required actions to earn the 2020 well-being credits. 

 

GaBreeze – Information coming soon! We are still waiting to get information from GaBreeze about the 2021 plan options and rates.  Information will be posted to SharePoint as soon as it becomes available.  GaBreeze benefits are available to classified employees working 20 or more hours per week.

·         Eligible employees should log in to their GaBreeze account at: www.gabreeze.ga.gov and update their password prior to open enrollment.
