Salary Study Implementation – Job Title & Supervisory Changes

The following job title and supervisory changes are being made in conjunction with the recent salary study implementation.  These changes allow select positions to better align with industry standards, department organization, and the new salary study paygrades.  With these elements in mind, the following staff have new job titles:

Aimee Brown and Elise Herbst:

From Human Resources Representative to Human Resources Generalist

Daisy Papa:

From Cataloging Manager to Cataloging Supervisor

It’s important to note that these are job title changes only – there are no changes to the job duties of these positions or the supervisory chain of command.

In addition, the Database Administrator/Webmaster position will now supervise the Web Applications Technician position.  Andre Paquette (Web Applications Technician) will report to Jinhee Yang (Database Administrator/Webmaster).
