IT created a distribution list for easy internal communication with Outreach staff called Outreach Team, OutreachTeam@forsythpl.org. Since our department is often out and about and it is difficult to know who is in the office at any given time, this is a one stop email communication to all of us and will enable us to follow up with our coworkers more efficiently.
There is another Outreach email address, Outreach@forsythpl.org that is just
for external communications. This is the contact email we share on the website
for patrons to contact us about our services.
