Over the past year, FCPL’s wonderful virtual programming offerings have increased significantly. In an effort to provide easy-to-access information for all, an Outlook Programming Calendar is now in place. This calendar is accessible to all staff members; however, only some have the ability to create and edit entries. Please find permissions below.
As programs are created, if they are offered via GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar or have links of any kind, information and youth services supervisors and specialists will enter those links on the Outlook Programming Calendar. Links for March’s programs are already entered and accessible. For each entry, subject and location lines should be completed as follows, please:
Should you need a program link for yourself or when helping
a patron on the phone or in a branch, we hope the Outlook Programming Calendar
will be a good resource and tool.
Outlook Programming Calendar Permissions:
- Branch Managers, Information Services Supervisors, Youth Services Supervisors, and HQ Programming/Promotions: have the ability to create entries and edit all entries (regardless of creator)
- Information Specialists and Youth Specialists: have the ability to create entries, but can only edit entries they have created
