Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ keep the bookmobile rollin’… stoppin’ in the county for all Forsyth to see!

How did you like our little ditty? The Outreach Team is getting ready to celebrate 2 years with the bookmobile, and what an adventure it has been.

Loanie made her debut on October 29, 2020 and life in Outreach has not been the same since. We have enjoyed driving down the highways, byways and country roads here in the county, often waving at bystanders that are gazing and pointing. At times we feel like local celebrities as we pull up to a stop and whip into action. We currently have 19 stops throughout the county and are in the process of refining our route and looking for additional areas to serve. Our goal is to offer bookmobile services in underserved areas primarily in the north end of Forsyth, but we are open to hearing what YOU think! If you have an idea for a new bookmobile stop, please email us at OutreachTeam@forsythpl.org and we will be happy to look into the possibility.
