Hello fellow FCPLers! This blog post is going to be brief and hopefully informative. Outreach Services recently received an inquiry asking about our process of returning Forsyth County School library books back to the school system. This is a simple process.
We have a bin in our office for FCS books. Once the bin has a reasonable amount of books, we will deliver them to the receptionist at Cumming Elementary. The delivery of FCS books usually happens every two weeks. A courier from the Board of Education picks up the books from Cumming Elementary and delivers them to the Board of Education mailroom. The books stay in the mailroom until the county courier delivers them to the respective schools. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to reach out!
