Open Enrollment is underway! The 2023 Open Enrollment period is October 17, 2022 – November 4, 2022. Be an early bird and make your elections today! Taking an active role in reviewing your plan options makes for an informed consumer and puts your hard-earned dollars to work for you! Complete your online enrollments with GaBreeze and State Health before the November 4, 2022 deadline. Submit copies to HR. (Pro Tip: make sure that your confirmation page includes your name, your 2022 enrollment elections, as well as any covered dependents before exiting the enrollment portal.)
As in previous years, GaBreeze &
State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP) allow what’s called a “Passive Enrollment.” Passive
Enrollment allows currently enrolled members to roll over their benefits from
the current plan year, without requiring the member to make an online
confirmation. There is one exception – if you wish to participate in
a flexible spending account (FSA) in 2023, you must elect to enroll each plan
year. The FSA plans offered
with GaBreeze do not roll over!
If you do not wish to make changes to your
current benefit enrollments and you are not enrolling in a 2023
Flexible Spending Account, please email HR so that we can
take you off our “reminder” list.
