What: Handcrafted @ Hampton Park
Where: Hampton Park
When: Wednesday, October 20 2021, 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Come and get crafty in our adult craft program. This month we will be making Ombre Painted Pine Cones. Did you know the Fibonacci Sequence plays an important role in the aesthetics of both nature and art? Our Ombre Pine Cone project is a perfect example. Learn how!

What: Writer’s Night of Fright
Where: Cumming
When: Wednesday, October 20 2021, 7:00PM - 8:00pm
Writers' Night of Fright is a celebration of Edgar Allan Poe that showcases the original written works of Adult and High School Teen patrons. Interested patrons may submit horror flash-fiction (500 words maximum), micro-fiction, or poetry to present at the program.

Not a fan of presentations or writing but love all-things spooky? Not a problem! You can still register and attend to listen to stories that are bound to keep you up at night. Dress your best! Come and mingle with others in Victorian or Steampunk attire.

What: Preschoolers at Post
Where: Post Road
When: Friday, October 22 2021, 11:15am - 12:00pm
Educate and entertain your little learner, aged 3-5, at the Post Road Library. Throughout the month, we will offer center-based play, science, and STEM for the preschool set, a multicultural morning, a craft day perfect for little fingers and growing imaginations, and more!

What: Bilingual Storytime - Telugu and English
Where: Sharon Forks
When: Friday, October 22 2021, 3:00pm - 3:30pm
Join us for a storytime in Telugu and English.  This storytime is a fun language learning space for those who are new to Telugu as well as those who already know it. We will learn new vocabulary through books, songs, and activities.

This program is presented by Telugu and Tamil Tutor, a language learning initiative founded by four Forsyth County teens. This is a new program and partnership for Sharon Forks!
