OverDrive has indicated that due to changes in web certificates, iOS 10 is now required to operate LIBBY on an iOS device. Patrons using an older version of iOS on their device will need to upgrade to iOS 10 or above. Steps to do so may be found here.
Patrons with older or legacy web browsers may experience difficulties with libbyapp.com or the OverDrive website. Patrons should upgrade to a newer browser version.
The legacy OverDrive for Mac desktop app is only supported on macOS versions 10.12.1 through 10.14.
