If you are experiencing a problem where no one can hear you in GoToMeeting, or you are experiencing other issues with GoToMeeting, you can try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
Steps
1) Click on the start button in the bottom left corner of your screen
2) Hover over the control panel option. Or, search for control panel and click on the search result with the blue control panel icon
3) On the list of control panel options, click on Programs and Features
4) Locate GoToMeeting on the list of installed apps. Right click on GoToMeeting and choose the Uninstall option.
5) Proceed through the menu to uninstall GoToMeeting
6) You can reinstall the app by choosing the option to download the app when joining the meeting, or download and install the app directly here: https://global.gotomeeting.com/install
If you are having problems with the GoToMeeting app, you can also try joining a meeting from your web browser. Choose the “Join in Browser” option when joining your meeting. We suggest using Chrome or Edge.
