Flu Vaccine Clinic Tuesday, October 6th (Admin Offices & Sharon Forks Locations) by Elise Herbst

 

Getting an Influenza vaccine is one of the best ways to avoid getting the flu.  This year experts are saying that the potential for a very difficult flu season is probable. In order to protect our staff, FCPL is pleased to announce that we have arranged for Walgreens to offer a flu vaccine clinic on Tuesday, October 6^th.  There will be one clinic from 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon at the Sharon Forks Library and another from 12 noon – 4:00 p.m. at the Administrative Offices.

Your participation is completely voluntary, however if you choose to participate it will be considered work time and you may notate up to one hour on your time sheet (if you were not scheduled to work).  For those employees scheduled to work that day, please speak to your supervisor to arrange a time for you to go to one of the clinics.

We are also very pleased to offer to cover the cost of the vaccine to any employee who does not have health insurance.
