On Monday, staff at the Cumming Library celebrated Tim
Meanor’s 5 years of volunteer service!
Somehow, Tim has managed to set aside a few hours of his
time each week to help us out on Mondays—one of our busiest days as far as
Circulation goes. He shelves books and fixes our old wobbly book cart wheels.
When he is not in the library, Tim enjoys spending time with his 2
grandchildren (ages 12 and 9). He also enjoys art, fishing, and of
course—reading! We thank his wife Carol, Smoky the beagle, and Gabby the cat
(a.k.a. “The queen of the house”) for sharing him with us! Tim received a very
nice monogramed keychain and a socially-distanced celebration with cupcakes and
individually wrapped ice cream sandwiches! Thank you, Tim!
