Storygraph is a relatively new website that is designed to assist readers in finding books that they will enjoy. Storygraph has been billed as an alternative to Goodreads.
Storygraph's main book finding tool is still in beta testing. A reader takes a brief survey, which allows for specialization, and the initial results of which will be sent to the reader via email. Titles that are predicted the reader will get the most enjoyment from are pushed to the top of the list. Readers can go back later and edit their survey answers/preferences to modify their results.
Storygraph can be used to help patrons with reader's advisory. Storygraph can be used as a broad or granular approach to matching up readers with a book.
