You may have seen information in an email or press release from GPLS today about the new PINES e-card, which provides digital access of PINES libraries to all Georgia residents. As noted in the email, anyone in Georgia can register for a PINES e-card regardless of whether their local library is a part of the PINES network. This is important to note, as FCPL patrons may ask about this access.
