New report starting Monday - Mailer Patrons with Items on Hold Shelf

This report will need to be ran daily beginning Monday, if you have a patron on the list, please contact them manually. Unique is not sending mailer at this time.

In Polaris select Utilities. From the drop down menu select Reports and Notices.

When the box opens, select Custom.

Next select, Headquarters.

Then select the report titled “patrons emails who have holds of status held” from the list of available options.

Lastly, select your location before hitting submit to run the report.
