The Entrepreneurship Learning Initiative (ELI) is a course that is available through GALILEO for FCPL patrons. Access to ELI is provided by Georgia Public Library Service. ELI is a business and entrepreneurship course. We may see an increased demand for this course from patrons in the business world who are confined to home, as well as after reopening should there be an economic downturn.
Patrons will enroll in the course by registering through the link on GALILEO. They will then be provided a userid and password for the course. Access to enrollment expires on September 30, 2020. However, a patron has one calendar year from their date of enrollment to finish the course.
A brief description of the course as found on the GALILEO website:
Whether you want to build a business, transform your organization, or reinvent your career, an entrepreneurial mindset provides a new perspective; one that will expose new opportunities, ignite your ambition and cultivate the confidence and the creativity, the self-reliance and the resourcefulness that are essential for anyone to adapt and thrive in today's rapidly changing world.
