Using Zoom for meetings

Please do not use Zoom for meetings.  Zoom gives users a false sense of security and privacy when the opposite is true.  Zoom has numerous security issues that could allow uninvited people to attend your meeting.  Now this doesn't sound too bad if someone accidentally enters your meeting but there have been many instance of these uninvited guests doing/saying inappropriate things.  To keep staff safe, please do not use Zoom.  We have two licenses for Go To Meeting that you can use.  If you are having issues reserving a meeting time on Go To Meeting, please let me know.  We will work with you to find you a meeting time.
